I purchased a TomTom GO Discover 7" Premium Pack on 9th July from the Tomtom website and paid extra for next working day delivery. That would be 12th July.
I contact support today to check on my order status and was told that as the funds had not reached them from they banking partner it had not yet been dispatched.
The online order was via the Tomtom site so as far as I am concerned I paid them on the 9th and it went out from my credit card on the 9th also.
Is this normal practice to a charge peopel for next day delvery and then ship it as and when they like?
