my drive connect problem

hallo to every one , i recieve for friend a tomtom 6200 pro but i have not the password for this device to continue with my drive ,what i have to do with that ,thank you very much
You need to ask your friend for their account email address and password.
The usual thing to do when buying a unit from say Ebay or receiving from a friend is to do a Factory Reset on the unit which then deletes all the previous owners data and you can set the device up as you would if you had just bought it new from a shop. The Reset dos not affect the current Maps or Operating System on the device but enables you to input your own account details etc. Once you have set it up to your own account then it will sync any My Places/My Routes etc you have on your account in the meantime any similar data that was already on the unit will have been deleted.
Tap Menu/Settings/System/Reset Device
