map error in tomtom home

Hi @VikramK

Am having issues updating my trusty TomTom Start - the current maps do not load and so the Nav has no installed map and unfortunately I didn't back up the earlier version.

Are you able to link the old Western Europe or even the UK map to my Nav so it can remain in use.

    Hello Team,
    Good day! My XXL served me for many many years but it not being used a lot recently. Yesterday I tried to update the Maps and it spoiled everything - Map not found on device + Tomtom app error - "item was not valid after installation" if I try to update the map again. Could you please help me to fix it?

    Thank you - the Nav is now working.

    Only issue is we do not have any voice files loaded - so no voice guidance - and those available are not compatible with the Start - is this also something you can help with.
