Tomtom go expert 7 freezing/restarting

Hello
Im happy (sometimes not happy) user of tomtom go expert 7
I have a lot of freezes and restart during driving with tomtom go expert 7. Anybody have idea how to fix it? I found on the forum People who had same problem like mine, they sended back to service with no help. So I would like to ask is in any chance to repair it or Just have refound?

Hi @Tomjbj
If you go to My Drive in Settings and Tap Stop Syncing does the issue still occur. It has been found that stopping Syncing, which does not affect the normal running of the device, resolves the issue. You only need to have the unit syncing if you need to download new routes etc from your account or being sent from My Drive etc.

Do you shut down the device when you not use it (e.g. over night) or do you still let it go in sleep mode?0

Mine has the same problem after a while the screen freezes then if you touch the screen it goes black then comes back on again. I shut mine down when not in use and I have stopped syncing but the problem still occurs.Can I send it back to TomTom for repair?0
