Dear Tomtom support, the lifetime filter update has expired on my GO500 for several months. I get the message that I need to set up a new service. I want that as a replacement for my fliter update, but not as a paid service. After all, I have a lifetime right to this service on my product.
I would like to hear how this can be solved.

Hi @MTerp
Welcome to the community!
I don't see a TomTom linked to your account.
The GO 500 was sold with free map & traffic (via smartphone connection) updates.
However, the speed cameras updates were provided as a promotional offer for 3 months from the date of purchase.
If a subscription is not active, the device will automatically stop alerting for speed cameras.
Thanks, Vikram0 -
I changed my account email to [email protected] some years ago (reason corruption in your account administration, but does not matter now).
Can you check this account and my linked tomtom Go500?
