Hello.

I have a device TomTom GO Expert 7. I ran into a problem getting the traffic service. Traffic service unavailable. I have an expert device and at the same time I have a problem, please help me solve it.

What I already did:
- rebooted the device;
- reset to factory settings;
- tried to connect other phones via Bluetooth (tried three iPhones - 7, 10 and 11)

The device is connected via Bluetooth, but no traffic is displayed.
I read other articles on the forum, but did not find clear instructions.

    take device outside for gps signal and try

    the device is outdoors, the connection with the GPS is stable. Rebooted the device twice. The traffic status is not pulled to the card.

    I noticed the same problem when I installed the TOMTOM mobile app on my mobile phone. The traffic status is also not shown.

    This can be seen from the screenshots. The traffic function is not displayed here. The problem recurred, the traffic is not displayed both in the navigator and in the phone.
