My new Go Premium X is only a few months delivered. It was a huge disappointment that it is even slower than my slowest TomTom ever just before. Even a bigger surprise to see that my battery is from full to nill in maximum 1 minute ... Just like the older TomTom before that I replaced due to this 2 reasons. Sorry, but I do not find any way to claim any warranty on your website. (And never propose that idiot Chatbot shit that does not understand any word you ask !!!) Just put a phonenumber or emailadres as every serious company does ! Who knows the phone or email of the support-department ?
