No connection with Start 60

Disappointed in TomTom.
While updating my Start 60, somewhere an error occurred.
Now not able anymore to connect with device, to uninstall the map or what so ever.
Search in TomTom's questionnaire with no results ..., tried the robot and did not lead to a solution.
More of you who had this kind of issue?
