I have a GO 620 Supreme 6"
8 months ago I got the dreaded message No Map Available You need to add at least one map. :'(
I tried various things back then.

I'm wondering if there's now a sure way to fix the problem.
It came with Oceania - Lifetime Map.

I'm unsure which would be the serial number so I took a photo.

Perhaps the below video should help you with finding the serial number-

The embedded services in the backend show that the device is embedded with GO PROFESSIONAL services and Truck maps (Oceania).
Additionally, it shows map v10.75 installed.

Did you order the device directly from our webshop?

    Regards,
    Vikram.

No. I bought it on eBay in Australia new item.

It sold for half the price of other ones listed and only 5 were available.
They sold fast and I noticed the sellers name listing disappeared when they all sold.

A new name was listed and another 5 available this time a bit less than half price I paid. :o
At the time I thought this to be a bit fishy as if someone was moving stolen goods.
The unit worked fine for six months or more.

The embedded services on the device unfortunately cannot be changed by me. At this point, I would suggest that you get in touch with our customer service to see if they can help.

    Thanks,
    Vikram.

    Hi @Argon_0

You could also try the following.

There have been no phone lines to Customer Support since the start of Covid and no indication that the facility will return.

Tap Support at the top of this page
You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this even although you are signed in on the Forum )
When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
Support Box appears and at the bottom with a message option
Type Contact or Chat in the box
If Chat is available, during Normal Working hours Mon/Frid ,you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message but you should concentrate on Chat

If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.
