My audio on my tom tom go app has stopped audio.
It comes and goes.
After years of using Tom Tom Go all over the world. Sadly I will have to switch to some other form of navigation in my van

Got the same problem. No guide sound.
Might have to buy another reliable mobile apps .TomTom developers are not interested in solving the problem. Wish TomTom more sales👎0 -
Regret my Tom Tom subscription for a year
Ends June 2023 . The app doesn’t work on iPhone 12 pro. No sound guide direction!!0 -
Just have had the same problem in release App since update to 3.5.14 (build 4313) .
Solution
Audio Out > select Music Channel
Voice > choose a computer voice, NOT a recorded one
Messages: visual, tone, voice
Map: enable full of course
BT (Android): edit the connection and disable Multimedia
Now it's working very well regardless of wether using AA or standalone or in addition with GMaps and 3rd party red light app.
