No maps found! Renault Megane 2011 tomtom

Hi, I have a 2011 Renault Megane that has a Carminat Tom Tom sat nav built in. This has started to display 'no maps found' and I can't use any of the controls not even to change the time on the clock. I've connected to Tom Tom Home and updated but still no joy. Any advice would be much appreciated

    In my opinion, if you can no longer set the time, it's more a hardware problem than a card problem, you will have to inquire at a Renault garage.
