I have the same problem.
TomTom Go Essential
Strange note is that in my TomTom Home the voice is missing also

    Could you check for updates in MyDrive Connect.

    thank you for your answer,
    Last time I checked (yesterday) there was no computer voice "Joana" available on the MyDrive Connect store and I cannot manage the one that there is on the device.
