I can't get into my START 62 using Mydrive Connect. I use the change my password link and the new password doesn't work. Can you help please

Could you try a clean reinstalling of the application and login again?

Thank you for responding. I've tried to sign in on 3 previous days. I have tried a reinstalling as you say to no avail. The link that asks me to change my password seems to work for my Tom Tom account only. It doesn't seem to link to Mydrive Connect :-(0 -
I'm in!!! I thought I'd wiped all the files when I uninstalled, but with your guidance above, I could see my clean wasn't clean enough!!
