Lifetime maps on the RIDER

TomTom Rider 400 Ican not get the lifetime map for my unit any more in my account. It is gone. Where can I get it back?

    @VikramK or @lampard I have seen there comments and they have hundreds so I can not find a solution to my Lifetime maps not in my account problem?

    I reviewed your TomTom account, the map updates all look good.
    Also, you have the latest map v10.90 installed on your RIDER (Serial number ending 180)
