TomTom Europe Start 20 unable to update for free

I have a TomTom Europe Start 20 (AYxxxxxx57) which states it has free lifetime maps but I am unable to update it without going to purchase costing nearly £50 which is over half the cost of the item!
Can anyone help with this please?
(I can get into My drive Connect and have installed another update with no problems)

    My team has fixed the services for your TomTom, just do a soft reset and check for updates in MyDrive Connect.
