Is TOMTOM still in business - didn't receive order and can't get support!

Ordered a map no access to it, redirect not working no chat no way to contact the company, are they still in existence????

I suspect your order has not got allocated to your account yet.
There is a Chat option during normal working hours. Not to be confused with the ChatBot
Tap Support at the top of this page
Then you have to sign in Top Right of Next Page
Once signed in then Tap Contact Us bottom Right
In the next box that appears type Chat or Contact in the slot at the bottom of the Box
Now Select to Chat.
