TomTom Go 60 locked on the tomtom logo

I own a TomTom Go 60 and no longer load the software.
The loading bar appears ... but it loads very little .... then it restarts and remains on the tomtom logo.
I tried "Recovery Mode" .. but the bios appears ... click 3 times .... then it restarts and stays on the totom logo.

Have you also tried a soft reset?


Should that not fix the issue, then please report this to our customer service team.

I tried to reset the device and it loads very little from the software, then it restarts and the TomTom logo appears.


I also tried the "Recovery Mode" method and it does not appear to connect to the PC ...... the TomTom logo also appears.

If the software doesn't run ... I can't connect to the pc
