Go Discover Premium Services not activating on my device

I have just bought the Gi Discover Premium Services for a year, however the services are still showing as having expired on my device (when I go into Settings and About. I purchased off the TomTom website and it picked up my device and serial number when ordering. Why are they not showing as active on my device. It is showing as an active subscription in my TomTom account and as a purchase there as well.

Meant to say that my device is connected to Wifi and I am logged into Mydrive on the device so any updates should all be syncing fine.0

Services showing expired on device is a known issue, Tomtom has opened a ticket > CCARE-35180

Im having the same issue, bought Discover Premium services but services still showing expired.0
