How can I cancel my subscription on GO app?

Greeting! I bought an Android GO app by mistake because I don't speak English well, but I don't use my phone to navigate! This is also shown by my two GO devices registered in MyDrive Connect! My question would be, how can I cancel my subscription if I have the opportunity? Thanks! László

The phone service has been suspended (Indefinitely)
The way of contacting Customer Services has changed
For Tomtom Support Email or Chat lines...
(Monday to Friday Normal Office Hours)
Chat… Will be available during Normal Office Hours
Email… Will be available outside of Normal Office Hours

You bought the app on play store? on the app > manage subscription > you cancel the subscription.1 -
The problem is that no. An email came in and I accidentally clicked on it while I wasn’t supposed to. How I bought it.0

You have 7 days free trial .you must cancel the subscription in the Google store.0 -
Credit card purchase, the bank card details are given due to the speed camera purchase. That's how they could deduct the amount!
But I don't have the GO app installed to cancel?0 -

If you purchased speed cameras on the Tomtom site, Google does not know your bank details to purchase the application.
My credit card details are saved at Tomtom. He sent me a promotional email and I clicked in the wrong place and bought a one year android GO app subscription. If so, it would be good to switch to my GO 6000 for an annual speed camera subscription. I wrote an email to customer service but they haven't responded yet.0 -
