Help! Where is the map I have purchased??

I have a Go Live 825 that I haven't updated in 7 years (I know!!).

I've finally got round to purchasing a new map but I cant find it anywhere, I have downloaded My Drive Connect and it isn't there...Can anyone assist?

    At the time of purchase, did you select the GO 825 account?

    Have you checked that the card purchased is compatible with the serial number of the device?
