has anyone suffered from device not syncing

i was in spain and we had planned a route using my drive after 2 days waiting for it to finally come through (first thoughts was tomtom server down) but once it did sync and we got the route when we went to start, it said no route possible all the roads were on the my drive app so very confused all maps were up to date on device tomtom 550 rider any way i got that frustrated its gone and i bought the garmin zumo xt and i can say its 100% better the map has more detail instead of looking like a kid has drawn the map with crayons i can say i wont be using or buying another tomtom again

    did you try a reset factory

    yes tried all that had to put my details all back in it still didnt work
