Not syncing

Hello.

I work with mydrive and iPhone app.
After making a route I synchronize it and look for it
On in the TomTom app and drive.

Don't show up now.

Logged in again, new Ww requested.
I see the old routes in both mydrive and TomTom app apps, so the account must be the right one, I still doubted that.
Had a very old one from back in the day.

I do not know anymore.
Am on vacation with the short-term worse moment can not actually.

    Same problem,
    After making a new route it shows up in my tomtom rider but not in my tomtom go app.
    When i ad a new place(in mydrive app on the same phone) it directly show up un de tomtom go app.

    Hi @JPS_1_2

    When you created the Route was your start point shown as Current position. There appears to be a bug that if that is the case it will not Sync. However if you input an address for the Start point, say next door, then it will sync the Route.

    Just tested and seems to work. Test it extensively with a real route.

    Hi Doug, I was too fast. Does not work. Starting point put 500 meters from home but unfortunately. Is neatly in mydrive and synchronized but not visible in my TomTom app.

    Hi @JPS_1_2

    Just tested Creating at and Syncing a route from London to Belfast using MyDrive App and Go Nav App on my IPhone 12 mini and syncs okay. Have you got all the required Maps on your Go Nav App.

    Also do you have the Europe Ferries file downloaded in Maps as that may be required even if a Ferry is not involved.

    It seems to work for me. For new or old routes, change your starting point using one address instead of “current location”. Now I can see them in the go app. Now to figure out how it works with routes from MRA.

    Thank you for updating ticket 1516021. My apologies for the inconvenience. I have checked all the details and currently it is a known issue. Our development team is currently working on the issue and an update will be released once the issue is resolved.
