Live services for 18 months doesn't appear on GO 6200

hi ive got a 6200 and just purchasd 18 months of live services. i have had the email to confirm it but its not on the content of te device. any ideas please

GO 6200 has traffic is free speed cameras, you do not have to purchase this service, contact customer service to request a refund.

thanks for your reply. weve bought the live traffic one although we are getting offered speed camera option but havent purchased it yet

You don't have to buy live traffic. Live traffic is included with the purchase of the GPS.0

The model is a GO PROFESSIONAL 6200 which comes with 1 year of Traffic and Speed Camera updates.
The 18 months subscription for TomTom Traffic service is showing active till 2nd December 2023.
