Not able to access tomtom services

hello all please i need help as my trucker 5000 wont connect to tomtom services keeps saying network status not connected. i have tried reseting it but it wont still allow me to acces tomtom services . any help will be appreciated

    Yes I got a valid subscription that I subscribed 2 days for speed cameras when I did the map update. I have also done all that's on the video u just sent but still no luck. The problem is when I connect to mydrive on my computer the tomtom service will be fine but immediately i disconnect from the computer it starts saying GPRS disconnected. I read somewhere that it might be the sim is deactivated. Don't know how to find out.

    Only customer service can check if your SIM card is deactivated.
