Map update

Yesterday I purchased a map update. Unfortunately, after connecting the device, the option to update the map does not appear in the mydriveconnect program. I tried to contact polish tomtom support - to no avail.

    Have you checked that you have selected the account for which you are buying the card?

    Is your order complete have you received an invoice sent by e-mail?

    It is for the PRO 7150 which is in your profile it seems to me that Tomtom does not sell a map for this GPS.
