Speed camera updates is active under 'subscriptions' but inactive under 'products'

I bought the speed camera alerts service today, but when I go to my products there is a pop-up that states "your speed camera alerts are deactivated." If i click on it, I get redirected to the shop to buy the product AGAIN. When I go to my subscriptions however, speed camera updates are listed there as active (until 20-05-2023).

In MyDrive connect the service isn't listed as active, and it shows an ad to buy speed camera alerts (which I have already done). I have only 1 account and 1 navigation device (VIA 135).

Who can help me?

    I think the service has not yet been assigned to your account wait until tomorrow if no radar contact customer service.

    dit werkt ook niet, net als de update, wel betaald maar geen gebruik van kunnen maken.

    The restrictions as a result of the COVID-19, people working from home, have delayed the Activation of Accounts and the Allocation of Maps & Services to Account’/Devices....
    @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up on Monday and check/correct your Tomtom Account status.....

    Welcome to the community! I reviewed your TomTom account and indeed I can confirm that the service is active until 20-05-2023.

    The 'inactive message' you see on the webpage is probably a web error; could you post a screenshot of it here, I can forward it to our concerned team.
