    Many thanks Vikram, I factory reset and voice came back.
    I have another problem now, my device showed there was a map to be updated but I cannot update or delete because it says it is an invalid map.
    Think there is a photo attached

    Hi John
    My team has pushed jobs that will remove the invalid map from the device. Just connect to MyDrive Connect and check for updates on the device.

    The jobs will process in the background and the device might reboot. Once done, just do a soft reset.
