    Try connecting your device via the Premiums supplied cable to an Apple or similar mobile phones mains charger plug that will take the USB cable then having left it charging for 2 hours plus then Press the ON/OFF button in for about 30 seconds until you hear the drumroll sound.

    Have you not used the unit for some time then the battery could be flat and depending on how long could be failing because allowing it to be flat for a prolonged period is not good for the type of battery involved.
