How do you report an inappropriate post/discussion?

Unlike other forums there appears to be no way to report inappropriate discussions/posts such as this one

This seems to have been created purely to promote a commercial organisation which surely is not the purpose of this forum

    It actually requires 2 other users to also "flag" the entry so as to force it to be reviewed.
    That particular topic has now gone

    I have been used to clicking on "report" which sends a message to the moderators or then, if they agree, delete or move the thread to a more appropriate section.
    I presume once it as been marked as spam the mods will delete it?
