Error while purchasing the subscription

When I try to subscribe to a plan in the app (in my iPhone 13) it's impossible: always shows Ops! Error. So I can have any subscription

    Welcome @Jamr to the Community! Do you have the 'in-app purchases' enabled on your iOS device? You can check that by going into Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions> iTunes & App Store purchases> Allow. Maybe try again by rebooting the phone and let us know how it goes!
