Error: Item was not valid after installation

Hello,

i tried to update the map on my tomtom XXL and during the process the map got removed from my navi.
Now when i try to reinstall the map via update or from my laptop it gives the Error: Item was not valid after installation.

Welcome to the community! I have activated a different map version for your TomTom. Could you try downloading this version and check if the installation goes through?
