TomTom 6200 Trucker error

Hi!. I've been using this nav for years and never had this issue.
No matter what address I add, it says: "No truck route possible. This is a car route". What is going on?
Any quick tips will be much appreciated. It's Friday and I'm in the UK, and I will need my Live Traffic feature active a.s.a.p or I'm not getting home by dinner. 🤣

    Check that it is the truck card which is installed on your GPS and that it covers the place of arrival.
