Pay for maps

Hello, I have a tomtom via 125 and never been asked to pay for maps. Now I only have the option to update via paying?

    Welcome to the community!
    The current map version on your TomTom is 9.30.
    I reviewed the device subscriptions in the background, I don't see the device is factory embedded with lifetime maps.
    If you bought the device with lifetime maps, then please contact our customer service. They might need some additional information before activating the services.

    There have been no phone lines to Customer Support since the start of Covid and no indication that the facility will return.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Support Box app ears and at the bottom with a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available , normal working hours only ,you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser. At the moment there is an issue with the Box that you type Contact in Flashing and so not working. TT are aware.
