GO 500 can't connect to phone

My GO 500 has suddenly started alternately saying "Cannot connect to phone" then "Phone connected", then "Cannot connect to phone" and so on. The phone number for support no longer works, and the Chatbot is completely unresponsive, so what do I do please?

    What phone model are you using?

    Do a factory reset on the device Main menu-Settings- System-Reset device.

    To avoid losing your stored favourites on the device, you can create a back-up using My Drive..

    Before you pair the phone again, delete all the previous Bluetooth® connected devices and restart the phone.
