Maps purchased but not available for download in myconnect

I have purchased the world map but I cannot find it in Myconnect. In fact, I have purchased it 3 times in a row and TomTom has charged my card 3 times. I purchased it multiple times because I thought Tomtom did not process the order. Is it possible to add the world map to myconnect for download and cancel the orders of 2 world maps I purchased extra for nothing?

    Hi @laval23

    You need to contact Customer Support via Chat, not the Chatbot, and they can sort out that you purchase has not been allocated to your account.

    There have been no phone lines to Customer Support since the start of Covid and no indication that the facility will return.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Support Box appears and at the bottom with a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
    If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message however I suggest you concentrate on using Chat.

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    I tried to access the live chat but it does not work(it flashes) and I was using Chrome
    I tried other browsers like Edge and firefox and it's not better.
    I have the impression Tom Tom does not want its customers to contact them when things go wrong

    How right you are. something wring on the website as it also does the same if you try using a Private Window.

    I have message someone at TT.

    Look back and try later to se if the site gets sorted.

    Try again now. If you get a Blue box Type Contact in it then Tap Live chat
