in Map purchase & installation
Not used my Tom Tom XL for 3 years for obvious reasons. Preparing to go to the US in July and I have the USA maps purchased but when I connect to Tom Tom Home is says they are all on my device but they need activating. However my Tom Tom XL says there are no maps on the device. There is nothing wrong with the device so obviously I don't want to fork out more money.

    I've tried connecting it and updating and it says no items available. still says it need activating

    Still getting the same problem. On TOm Tom Home it says the maps are on there but not activating. The device says there are no maps installed
