Just upgraded my my old TomTom Go for the GO Discover. I always used the old one for hands-use of the phone. When I connect my Android phone via bluetooth. on the GoDiscover it says the phone is connected, but on the MyDrive App on my phone it says 'Device is not in range', and Smartphone messages and Hands-free calling Not supported by your Device.
I checked the TomTom website and Android phones Version 5+ should work, mine is version 11
I've got Bluetooth tethering switched on and Mobile Hotspot on, the device never asked for a Password for the hotspot.
Can anyone help?
