TomTom 520 Professional POI problems

I have just purchased a TomTom 520 Professional and in the process of transferring my custom POI files over, however I don't seem to be able to access the contact numbers I could on my previous device.

I have checked the file (converting and using notepad) and the numbers are there, I simply cannot find/access them on the device.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    I resorted to renaming all entries with phone number within name field and re converting etc.

    only ov2 files can be imported with mydrive
    you cannot access contact numbers

    Sorry, yes I installed them onto go 520 as an .ov2 file.

    When I realised there were no contact numbers I converted the .ov2 to .csv to check nothing had gone wrong with the file and the numbers were still there.
