Hello

I have been asked to sort out my Dads Sat Nav - Never been connected to a computer so no backup. Device says no maps found and no voice found Device is 4EN42 Z1230. Can you help please?

Hi Thanks for the link, There are no maps in that section, only a link to a new satnav? Is there a way to get the map and voice back that came with the device?
