No lifetime subscription with Start52

Hello!
I have recently purchased a Start52 with Lifetime Subscription. Unfortunately, the subscription doesn't seem to work and MyDrive Connect asks me to make a purchase.
Can this be fixed?

    Look back here tomorrow t see what @VikramK has t say after he has checked your units settings etc on the TT servers. If he finds it has Lifetime updates and the settings need changing he will advise here.

    I don't find any issue with the map update service on your START 52 (serial number ending 106).
    I think the new maps are not offered as there is not enough space to install the latest map.

    Expanding the memory using a branded-class 10, 16 GB memory card should help.
