Why does my new Go Classic appear as Go Basic in the web account?

I've bought a Go Classic but on logging in the serial number is correct but its reported as a Basic. What's going on?

    If you Menu/Settings/System/About what does it say the unit is at the top of the screen? It maybe that the Classics and Basics may have the same serial number prefixes.

    I think you're right - its says Classic on the unit itself
