in Devices using MyDrive Connect
I have resurfaced my old start 50 from 2014. To update the system I installed Mydrive Connect. After the update the setup needed to happen but at the second step 'Pick a country' I can't get any options, I also can't press any button on the touchscreen to go back. Does somebody have any suggestions how to proceed further and finish the setup.

I have an additional question regarding the maps on start 50: are they still up to date or is there no support anymore for this device?

    The map update service is active for your START 50 TomTom.

    Could you try the troubleshooting steps advised in the video -
