App on Android will not restore purchase

in TomTom GO Navigation app for Android™
I use Go on my iPhone and have a subscription. Now I want to use Go on my new Android Head Unit in my car. It runs Android 11. However I can't login anywhere, it only wants to sell me a subscription. I already have one and when I choose Restore Purchase, it can't find it using the email address I use to login on my iPhone. How can I login on my Android?

    If you purchased the app from Apple store, you cannot also use the app on Android
    To use the app on Android, you need to purchase the app from play store.
