trying to update start 42:imac says device not responding

    Hi @stephenr7768

    You need to connect the Start 42 to your iMac directly not via a hub using the supplied USB cable.

    Tried that for 2 days ,no joy, got fed up with it, deleted my drive
    tried an hour later and after 3 attempts it updated. thanks
