in MyDrive Connect
Hi, I formatted my smart tomtom sd card and lost all data, now when I connect to my account for updates the sd card is not found. How could I get my all data back? Thanks

    Re-initialisation of memory cards does not apply for the Smart Media Built in devices.

    It's not recommended to format the memory card which came with the device. At this point, I would advise that you get in touch with the car dealer to sort this out.
