I'm trying to buy a map. Your site does not work! I cannot access my cart. I get conflicting messages on screen; one says that the map is already in my basket. The other says my basket is empty.

    Check whether you are on the Tomtom UK or the Canadian Website Shop....
    At top of this page Click on the 'Support' button....

    A New window opens for the.... Tomtom Support site.....
    If you are >> NOT << based in the UK ???
    Make sure you are on the correct Tomtom Support page for your Country....
    (1).... Scroll to the bottom of the screen and check the Flag Icon...
    If incorrect, click on the displayed Flag Icon....
    (2)... A New Flag/Language window opens....
    (3)... Click on the correct Flag/Language for your Country, Tomtom Support site....
