My routs gone disappeared

Hello all. Unfortunetly I have hudge problem right now with Rider 450. I had about 200 routs, meaby less, now I have 3.... its from today. I'he just updated device and I cant see routs even on website and what is worest I can't even open My Routs on device - its restarting.... HEEELP, It's all my motorcicle life there... It is impossible to storage new one as well. I have no SD card, only built in storage
Kindly please, help or tell me something comforting :((((((((((

    Thanks. It's not working. Maybe I wrote it inaccurately, but the route planner does not have routes either.
