Transfer one year subscription from Android to iOS

Hi, i have just bought new iPhone and i would like to transfer my one year subscription from an old one android, but it doesnt work, could you be so kind and help me?

    If you bought the application on Play store it is not possible to transfer the subscription to IOS.

    What you can do is on your Google account, cancel the subscription, buy yourself a new subscription on Apple.
