Is the USB socket on my Rider 450 dead!?

I'm trying to connect my Rider 450 to the MyDrive Connect app so I can update it, plugging the cable in the unit is charging it, but isn't responding to the MyDrive Connect. I've actually tried it with 6 different cables and on 3 different computers all of them will charge the unit but not connect to it. The contacts inside the USB of the unit look clean and fine.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? It's currently no great problem because in all other respects it still works perfectly.

If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions that would be most welcome!

    Welcome to the community!
    Of the different computers you connected, are they all on the same network?

    Worth checking if the security software or firewall is not blocking the connection.

    Good question, sadly all three computers were on completely separate networks and I turned off the firewalls for the 2 out of the 3 that I could (the 3rd was my work Mac).
