My device is faulty brand new out of the box. I have been unable to get help from TomTom. Is there a telephone number in Australia that I could get some advice as to where to return my device for repair or replacement please.

Since covid 19 there is no longer a telephone line.

Thank you Willy875. I have had around 12 e-mails from support and they have been of no use whatsoever. Takes up to a week to get a simple question answered. I have even requested a refund last week and have had no answer. My unit has been unstable, jumping screens. losing the keypad and losing its way during a trip.

Thank you. Sorry to say that the e-mail support I have received has been of no use what so ever. I have followed their suggestions and they do not work. The only thing I couldn't do was sent them a video of what was happening. Unfortunately if I get caught using my phone in Western Australia while driving it will cost me $1,000 fine and 4 demerit points. I have asked for an address to return the unit over a week ago and no response. I have even asked for a refund and have heard nothing.

    Hi @Bernieo747

If you go to Settings/MyDrive and Tap Stop Syncing does that sort it. You don’t need MyDrive to be connected for normal use.
